What exactly does a licence cover?
One licence covers one person using the platform: unlimited access on web, plus the app on one mobile or tablet device, and every feature is included as standard.
How much do I save on annual billing?
Annual billing costs £240 + VAT per user per year (£20 a month), versus £25 a month billed monthly (£300 a year). That’s £60 per user per year less, a 20% saving.
Do I have to pay VAT?
All prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added for UK customers at the prevailing rate. International customers outside the EU are not charged UK VAT.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup costs, no IT, and no contract. Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
When it ends, you can subscribe to continue, and everything you created during the trial, including reports, templates, users and history, is kept. If you decide not to proceed, access simply expires with no obligation and nothing to cancel.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You retain ownership of your data. On cancellation you can export it in PDF and CSV formats. We hold your data for a 60-day period before secure, permanent deletion.
